Your feedback will help the City of Bunbury better understand the needs of our local business community and identify opportunities to support business growth, investment and economic development.

Survey results will provide valuable insights into business needs, barriers, opportunities and emerging trends, helping to inform future planning, projects, advocacy and initiatives.

Your privacy and confidentiality

The survey collects information about your business to help the City build an accurate picture of Bunbury’s business community and track changes over time.

Your responses will be treated confidentially. Findings will be reported as a summary of overall feedback and will never be attributed to an individual business or respondent. Business names, individual responses and contact details will not be published or shared externally.

Raw survey responses will only be accessible to relevant City officers involved in administering and analysing the survey and will be stored and retained securely in accordance with the City’s information management requirements.

What happens next?

The City will review the feedback received, with a summary of the key findings to be shared with the business community at an event in February 2027.

The event will provide an opportunity to hear what businesses told us, discuss the findings and continue the conversation about Bunbury’s economic future. More details will be provided closer to the date!
